Canvases

My Canvases are usually the result of a series of photographs I’ve taken when out and about. Sometimes these are local and other times from places I have visited near and far. I say far but in reality I rarely stray far. Farthest I got this year was France, to stay with a friend in the Dordogne some of my flower canvases are from photographs I took while I was there. My flower project is on going. I am trying to photograph flowers in season and produce images from them shown in a slightly different reality. A synthesis of what they are about, especially “weeds”, trying to get people to see them in a new light.
